Cooking Vacations After Cooking Can We FROZEN The COOKED FOOD And Use It Later. How Long?

After cooking can we FROZEN the COOKED FOOD and use it later. How long? - cooking vacations

What some people do not understand my question and I have to change again. When my wife goes on vacation, she cooks a variety of foods especially nonveg. I have frozen in a plastic container and and used later. Nothing is normal cooking (conservative) added to the kitchen to cooked food in good condition. Maximum, how long we can keep cooked foods such as frozen and used later.

And once DEFROZE within a few hours we have to finish the food. After cooking and eating, you can store in the refrigerator again and use the next day, 24 hours.

Is it necessary to keep something for cooking food to be able to safely absorb. If it does, what it is.

What are the other things that we ensure to keep cooked food for a long period of time.

Thank you in advance for all who answered my question.

You can eat the food within 3 months, it is frozen. Once heated, it stays high for about 3 days. The only thing you can all the ingredients you like to add

Yes, you can take food from your wife cook and freeze in containers. It can either be done in a glass bowl and allow to cook, or plastic may be the microwave. You can also microwave the glass. It should be good for a few months in a tightly closed container in the freezer, and yes, after heating the food that good for lunch the next day to be. You should not eat with something else to add to keep with you. Just heat and eat .. If you need additional assistance, please send us a message ...

When I prepare a meal which is cooked separately, so that I my husband "could not get food" to go to work the next day, put everything on the plate, such as meat, potatoes and beans and corn, then a plastic wrap then aluminum foil . Several times I've packed the breakfast dishes and put them in the freezer in plastic and foil and tasted as good as if the first time. I had to add something to them before freezing. The only thing that really counts is making sure to let the food packaging and cool before it in the freezer. If it is warm or hot food to sweat, then on to and watery when it thaws.
Kept in the freezer for three months, then in the fridge
two or three days after the warming.
