My husband had liver cirrhosis and died. They gave him injections of vitamin K. It was very advanced, but not help so much.
I think the best thing you can do is the B-vitamins, magnesium, vitamin K and not take in foods high in salt or protein.
They say that milk thistle is good for the liver cleanse as well.
